I contacted the company to see if my order had been shipped. It’s been about 4 weeks since the order had been placed. I requested information later in the afternoon, not expecting to hear anything from the company. I didn’t have my confirmation number and couldn’t find the original email. I received a few emails from the company that day within the hour, asking targeted questions. They confirmed my order had been shipped and I should receive it soon. My experience with this companies customer service was very good. From their quick response and professionalism, I will continue to purchase products from them.
