I ordered a purse on 6/22/23. I noticed before shipment that the zip code was incorrect. I tried to contact customer service and emailed with no response. It made to my area where I contacted the post office to tried to correct the information and pay any additional shipping fees. But they have sent it back to shipper. I have requested a refund and they offered me the same item for an additional $30. After going back and forth they have now lowered it to $20. If anything I should have to pay a $6.95 shipping charge. I will never order from this company again. I have also found the same product with another retailer for $31. Ordered it yesterday and it shipped today (9/9/23). With Just for skulls I waited 3 months and still no product. 😡 As of 9/11/23 Just for Skulls issued a full refund. But I still don’t understand why I was paying for a replacement when the purse was returned to them. I will never do business with them again. 9/12/23 I have finally received a call from Just Love Skulls customer service. But it took a bad review for them to call me and issue a refund. I still have no faith in this company.
