Emma Ward was very helpful. I had particular questions that I knew would probably not be readily answered. I knew that research would be required. She understood where I was coming from as a parent trying to assist a family member to get a first mortgage. I do not reside in the U.K. and am unfamiliar with the various schemes that are available.
