Was on track to complete our deal on 20 November but for unknown reasons, Just delayed and dragged out the process, drip feeding requests, being hard to contact, no updates, delayed responses. Because they missed the deadline that they had set, they ended up having to pay for another property valuation which seemed ridiculous as they could have done a desktop valuation or accepted that nothing had changed. (Nothing had). It was incredibly painful and beyond annoying. I have wondered why they were intent on causing these delays but I can’t think of a reason other than incompetence. We finally completed on 14 February nearly three months after their original timetable. Would not recommend!
