HORRIBLE expirience with Neil Pearman. On the day of our first video meeting he was late and he was taking us for other customer Unprepared. He did not know the value of property that was previously provided to him.Advice was given in a rather insulting manner. After checking our income and outgoings it felt like he wanted to get rid of us.Meybe our case was not financially atrractive.This felt rude.Eventually our agreement in principale was approved by one of the banks.Ive asked Neil for a copy of the docuement so I could rewiev the terms and mortgage rate ,to my surprise I was told that lender does not provide mortgage in principale , which was a lie and its a commom knowledge that lenders provide this type of docuements.When I've highlited this point to him his response was that he does not work on Sundays and that he will send our doucmets however it is not worth the paper it is printed on - please see attchaed.After that we had a phone call conversation during the week and Neil was really rude his words were : do you want to go ahead or not !? , also he said that he will be happy not to progess with our case. After this treatment we have decided not go ahead with his services.Dont waste your money and time the whole experience with Neil was horrendous and shocking. We went directly to the bank ,got mortgage approved without any issues.
