We were due to remortgage our property at the end of January and we still have no deal. Our advisor Rachel clearly doesn't care as I've not heard from her for nearly 4 weeks and every time I've chased, I've been told "I'm only working on your file"....... After going through multiple calls and arranging all the documentation, we were told that we couldn't get a deal - I went to another broker and got a deal in 2 days. Safe to say, I won't ever use just mortgages again and would advise everyone in the Derby/Nottingham area to avoid using them, especially Rachel Morse.
