Have been in UK for 12 years but never ever been treated like today by an Executive Mortgage and Protection Adviser in Rumney Cardiff. I was asked by the selling agent to have her checking my affordability to buy a house, which was odd enough. She claimed that my mortgage agreement in principle was invalid, which was provided by my own mortgage advisor. All through the process, she seemed to be negative on everything, with cold voices and won't listen to any explanation. She said my Halifax AiP was invalid and then sent some information about Llyods' mortgage rules, totally shocked!!! This is a black hole to avoid, trust me!
