Absolutely shocking company. I was asked to write a review regarding Chantelle from just mortgages and all was good at the start, really helpful. Since then it's taken a year since putting an offer on a house and still no movement. The mortgage advisor takes weeks to reply never answers her phone to us never answers emails sent by solicitors either. The problem is once this company has your money they ghost you.
