Terrible experience with this company, everything was great until I paid the fee they wanted and suddenly all communication stopped. Then after the solicitor they recommended sent me some documents to sign telling me I had the mortgage offer I got an email 3 days later from just mortgages saying my solicitor still needed proof of mortgage and gave me an incorrect date for searches. I emailed back to straight away receive another one saying they get their information from the solicitor so they were not to blame. Then when I sent them the email from the solicitor showing the contradictory information and pointing out that I had tried to get hold of my mortgage advisor for weeks and I was unhappy then all messages stopped again. I am also dubious about the solicitors they recommended as they seem to be asking for more and more money at every stage. As a first time buyer I am left feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of. I would not use this company or the solicitors they recommend.
