Purple shampoo makes my hair look much better and the bottle of shampoo and conditioner were not user-friendly at all. The are a hard, solid plastic that is very, very difficult to squeeze to get the product out and even if you unscrew the whole lid, the conditioner just sits in the bottle when you turn it over and you have to very, very forcefully shake the bottle until something finally comes out because the conditioner is thick. Then to return, they deduct their shipping cost and my shipping cost was almost $14 so I am basically getting only about 50% of my money back.
