Pre-booked a vehicle 2 weeks in advance. ReConfirmed on landing with pictures. But once there I've been told the vehicle is broken. They tried to sell me more expensive ones, I was even questioned about my choices. Finally I took a completely different one, same price. Non roadworthy as I found out after 30 miles(the lights were switching off randomly, no heating, no cruise functions, different warning lights). Made a swap the next day on my time and cost after a heated discussion where I ve been told "my expectations are too high".The swap car was better but still non roadworthy (non working horn) and still not what I originally booked. Hidden fees and rules. Both cars USA imports so beware of local speed limits. Justcowboys seems to be the proper name for the business. No common sense, no politeness. Avoid or good luck.
