This company is scam. Do not rent from them at any cost. They may be cheap, but their hidden fees at return makes it worst. 99% of reviews are fake and propably made from them.
I rented Seat Ibiza at their site, the price was reasonable, the communication went smooth. At the day of pick-up, they told me that Seat Ibiza is damaged (In reality, they do not even have this car) and managed to give me instead "more expensive" car Lexus CT200h for the same price. The car is manufactured in year 2014 and they do not even have this car on their sites. Car had broken front glass, flat tires, malfunction hybrid system, lights inside flickering, bad geometry of wheels, sharp and uneven rims, inside cabin lots of plastic covers missing = this all means the car is not safe and ready to drive, but they insisted it is all okay.
That day, in the evening, something in the motor space started sqeeking and car lost acceleration. I called rental company, which they said it is all okay as long as the car drives. They do not care.
Third day my pneumatic got punctured on side by their sharp and bended rims. Again, I called what to do. They said deal with it yourself.
At the return of the car, they did not care about our statements of the condition of their car before pick-up and told us to pay new wheels. The manager, named Ekatherina, the only person who knows little bit of english, left us at middle of arguing and sent us on Whatsapp confirmation of return with reduced deposit value. We spent at their office about 1 hour without solution.
You can find more real reviews on TrustPilot. Even about the same car as I had. They do not fix their cars and just give them to another person damaged and unsafe to drive.
