The customer service was excellent and friendly, taking the time to address all my questions. Unlike other popular travel insurance providers, this service does not require COVID vaccination for coverage. At 79 years old, I opted not to get vaccinated, and while others denied coverage for COVID, this service assured me they would assess my claim like any other. The price for coverage was significantly lower than what I had experienced with other companies. I will use this service again and recommend it to my family and friends.
