I purchased a SaaS AI-based application through JVZoo, which was advertised as an all-in-one solution for managing social media and advertising from a single dashboard. Unfortunately, the software has been largely nonfunctional—core features simply don’t work as promised, and the interface feels unfinished at best.What’s even more frustrating is the “money-back guarantee” claim. It’s been over three days since I requested a refund, and I’m still stuck in a confusing loop. JVZoo insists I contact the “seller,” but there's no clarity on who that even is. I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of support and transparency.Overall, this experience has been more of a gimmick than a service—and it’s made me extremely cautious about trusting JVZoo’s marketplace in the future.
