We can’t praise the engineer Mike highly enough. He was courteous, approachable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel valued customers. He explained to us at the outset what he would be doing and gave us a timeframe. He kept us regularly updated with how work was progressing and gave us ample opportunities to ask questions.
