The best service ever. Having been shafted by another company who charged me £100 to essentially tell me that my boiler needs replacing. I then stumbled upon this company who were almost immediate in contacting me from me submitting my online query. I was then contacted by John within 15 minutes of speaking with the receptionist. He was so transparent and pulled out all the stops to diagnose the boiler by even FaceTiming my wife. He then explained all the finance packages to me without trying to force me to choose one. He kept in contact with me and was extremely patient. He moved mountains to get my new boiler installed earlier than planned. The engineer Dan was amazing. So supportive and conversational and even went the extra mile in helping me to put a cupboard up without an extra charge. He was clean and professional and very respectful of my home.
