Kerry was friendly and helpful, took the details and said that John would ring us shortly. Again within minutes he rang, gave us a quote explaining everything clearly. As our boiler had died completely he arranged for everything to be completed the next day. Can't praise Mike and Jamie enough, they were brilliant, proper professionals. Old one out, new one in, all rubbish removed, even cleaned up and all within a few hours. Mike then explained how it all worked and assured us that if we had any problems to just ring up.
