I’d had a few boiler quotes and was nervous at the prospect of floors being ripped up and how big of a job it would be.Communication was great from the start, Kerry was lovely communicating with me via text messages when I was too busy to catch her phone calls, I had a video call with John who explained all my options and put my mind at ease. Mike came out to fit the boiler and took the time to explain the install process as he was working on the job, he was friendly, efficient and left zero mess as he worked.
