After an initial phone call, John came out the next day to view our boiler, which was working but old, he advised us to stay with the same system as opposed to replacing it with a combo unit, this made sense and was good advice!The very next day two guys turned up with a new Worcester boiler and two new radiators, all the work was carried out very professionally with little or no disruption to ourselves, they left leaving no rubbish. We are so happy with our new boiler along with the reassurance of a 10 year warranty We have no hesitation in recommending John and his team
