One week before Christmas and our 24 year old boiler breaks down leaving us with no heating and no hot water and our mum of 77 years waiting to come stay following surgery. British Gas had no empathy what so ever and other companies near to us let us down. I stumbled across Kerry and John at JW Heating who firstly prioritized us for next day visit. John attended bang on time at 09:00 he was very nice pleasant gentleman who swiftly and removed our broken boiler and replaced a new one. John spoke with my husband advising him of things to help us in the future. John finished at around 3pm and left our house clean and tidy. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Kerry and John such a professional company who had empathy for a customer in desperate need bang of Christmas. Our British Gas subscription has now been cancelled as we will be using JW Heating from now on and anyone we hear needing help I will be directing them to Kerry and John. Thank you very much X
