He said he had 3 engineers with nothing to do, now bear in mind he came to see me on Tuesday, and gave a provisional appointment of Thursday, finance approved, he practically begged me to have the works done, saying, we won’t chase you for money, you’ve already said you’ve got 2k on a card and you can pay me off bit by bit, what are you going to do for hot water? and lots of tutting on the phone!
