Boiler broke on Christmas Eve, no one I spoke to could help as either shut or unable to source a boiler over Christmas. Finally found John and made an enquiry on 29th at 4pm. He rang straight away and said to leave it with him and he’d sort it. By 2pm the next day the new boiler was installed to a very high standard, all flushed and properly set up. No cut corners or inflated prices. What a brilliant experience, thank you for saving Christmas
