We had a boiler replacement by JW, the experience was great from start to finish. The lads turned up nice and early, with a smile on their faces ready to start the job. Within a few hours the job was done to a fantastic standard. We previously had a full re-wire and there was no electric near the boiler so one of the lads even left his extension cable so we had water until the electrician came, which is so important with 2 kids under 14 months! The lads were fantastic at explaining everything and helped me set up the boshe easy app on my phone. I was so impressed with the turnaround, how lovely the lads were, the standard of work and how they kept everything clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, absolutely recommend 100%! Our original boiler was a Vulcan Continental which was over 60 years old and it wasn't even on the list for British Gas. It was replaced with a Worcester Greenstar 4000 with thermostats in every room which instantly gave out so much more heat. Great products, all installed fantastically.
