I had been having problems with my boiler for several weeks, kept managing to get it going again, but on 1st March it decided it wasn't going to play ball.I went online, looked at several companies for quotes for a new boiler fitting.Some were of no interest due to long wait, others seemed pricey.I had looked on J Wilkinsons sight, price seemed right. I needed to get to bed having just finished night shift, but before I went upstairs, Kerry ( John's wife ) phoned me, triggered by enquiring online.We nattered about the situation and I said I would leave until I had slept.I got up at 1.30pm, phoned Kerry at 1.45 who then got John to phone me.Arrangements were made for an install following morning.By 2.30 Saturday afternoon I had a fully functioning new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted.Dan ( fitter) turned up, looked at job and cracked on.Dan was polite, friendly and extremely efficient. His pipework to change from old to new was absolutely fantastic, his overall workmanship was fantastic and he went about and beyond, even extending some pipework for me that he didn't need to for the job he had come for.I would have no problems in referring friends and family to this company for new boilers or any other related work.
