I am a long-time customer of JYSK Azerbaijan. I recently purchased a Klıntholm product from your Tərgül branch in Baku, which turned out to be defective.
Despite the defect being clearly visible, the store staff and sales manager refused to acknowledge the issue and tried to place the responsibility on me. Their attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and not solution-oriented, causing me significant inconvenience and disappointment.
I kindly request your immediate assistance in the following:
1. Official recognition of the defective product.
2. Full refund of the defective product without any conditions.
3. Investigation into the conduct of the staff and sales manager at the Tərgül branch and appropriate corrective actions to improve customer service.
