Minutes after booking a ticket, I received a call from them asking for more 'taxes and fees' as the booking will not be confirmed unless I pay the additional taxes and fee (I mean - read the text on your website first). When I told the person that this is not what their website says, they started arguing and started giving some bull** explanation which does not make sense at all.
