Do not trust the “90 day guarantee”

They don't even deserve 1 star! I already posted a review a few days ago, but I am updating it because the situation has become even more absurd.I bought a calming supplement for my 6-month-old kitten who is naturally anxious. Within a week she started refusing food, vomiting, and stopped playing completely. That is extremely worrying for such a young kitten. I contacted my veterinarian and she told me to stop the supplement immediately.I stopped, and within two days my kitten started eating and playing normally again, no more vomitting. So the problem was clearly related to the supplement.Because of this I contacted the company to ask for a refund. Their website heavily advertises a 90-day money-back guarantee, which is one of the reasons I felt safe ordering in the first place.What happened next was unbelievable.Instead of normal customer service, they sent me a very formal email with an official “guarantee claim form” attached. It honestly looked like something from a law firm. They expect customers to fill out a detailed form and accept strict verification conditions before they will even consider a claim.In other words, if your cat gets sick or reacts badly, they still expect you to continue giving the supplement for almost 90 days to qualify for the guarantee.No responsible pet owner is going to keep giving something that makes their pet vomit and stop eating just to satisfy a marketing condition.Their website makes it sound simple and risk-free. In reality it is the opposite. The process feels designed to make refunds extremely difficult.I also realized something else: in order to follow their “90-day guarantee”, you would actually have to keep buying more of the supplement to continue using it for that long. Why would anyone keep purchasing something that is clearly not working or making their pet unwell?That makes the whole guarantee feel very misleading.I am not saying their supplements are bad for every cat. But my kitten clearly could not tolerate it, and when that happens a normal company would show basic customer care and simply refund the purchase.Instead, I received what felt like a legal document from a big business deal and a complicated claim procedure. Insane.So my advice to other pet owners is simple: do not rely on the 90-day guarantee they advertise on their website.If your pet reacts badly or the product does not work, be prepared for a very complicated process instead of normal customer service.I will never EVER buy from this company again.
