Rob was first class in installing new machine and discovering that the main problem was the connection to the inlet valve for the water supply. This had been overlooked on 3 previous visits by Miele engineers who were unable find the fault.
I called Kaboodle after AEG gave me their number to check on an installation, as Arrow XL had only confirmed delivery. The man who answered was extremely rude from the moment I explained why I was calling. As soon as he realised Kaboodle weren’t handling my installation, he abruptly cut me off mid-sentence and ended the call.I was only trying to make a polite enquiry, and there was absolutely no need for that kind of attitude. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional behaviour.
