I bought a grinder from them and was quite nervous because I need (that specific) one urgently, and they are not in EU which can be a problem with duty and taxes. The staffs were very responsive and helpful to my questions. The answer of 5y warranty has sealed the deal for me. I did not check trustpilot prior ordering (I really should have, in general), but now I understand why they get a 4.9/5 stars rating.
