This product fits in my busy daily schedule. I am not a coffee drinker. I prefere to get my caffeinated dose from Soda but can't stand drinking all that sugar. I use this product in my first glass of water in the morning. I have found I do not have a craving for a Soda until about lunch time. I hated to waste money on convenient store products that are over hyped and basically a daily vitamin with caffeine.
