I was really excited to buy a tracksuit from these guys, I ordered next day delivery which didn’t even turn up on time 2 days late. Then I wear the tracksuit for under 2 hours and both zips broke on the hoodie. I reported this to customer service and all they could offer was 30% off my purchase which I think is awful. Really annoying as the tracksuit is nice but the quality isn’t. It would be ok but not even to send out a replacement for their mistake is not on.
