After going back and forth on TikTok and getting stressed with no answers,I decided to contact the company by email and glad I did, as my issue was sorted out straight away the experience was very professional and helpful , but do still think TikTok customer service needs a lot of work as had a few stressful disappointments on there ,but for this occasion I’m a happy customer
