My experience with this seller has been disastrous. I ordered a statue, only to find out they are a broker for unlicensed items. Payment is required upfront, and the long delivery times are unacceptable. When the statue arrived, it was mostly damaged. Customer service was unhelpful, providing no real support or solutions. Returns must be paid for by the customer, which is unfair. I advise everyone to avoid unlicensed products and purchase from official manufacturers instead.
