I want to alert other collectors about this company's poor handling of damaged goods. I received a figure with a broken piece. While they sent a replacement, their solution was unprofessional, expecting me to repair it myself. For the price, I expected a full replacement or refund. The process was slow, and by the time their inadequate solution was offered, my buyer protection had expired. I cannot recommend this seller for serious collectors.
