They tell you have so long to pay your open invoice. Even though the invoice is already closed. I emailed them several times within 30 days leading up to “deadline” communicating that I had no open invoice or order I could pay on the site. Telling them I have the money now, who to pay and how much left since I already paid some. Never got an answer until after their “deadline” to tell me the order was canceled and they were keeping my deposit. I ordered two statues from them previously that did come so I guess it’s hit or miss. I would personally never recommend this company to anyone who values customer care, value for money. Or just cannot stand dishonest people
