I have almost 13 orders (pre orders included), and i've always received my statues, in good shape and in time, always had a answer to my requests and questions. Custom fees and delivery are always included in the price you can see on the product's page no surprise.When you cancel an order it's clearly announced on the website rules that 60% of the deposit will be refund so, once again, no surprise...Kaioland have to pay almost in full the studios when they pre-order the statues so yeah it's not so simple to just refund in full.Based on my experience, I can only recommand Kaioland !
