I ordered two figures from a popular series, but sadly, both arrived damaged. One had Goku's hair broken off, while the other was missing hair, fingers, and parts of the base! An accessory was completely absent – this is completely unacceptable! Additionally, the figures do not resemble the images shown. It feels like you're getting low-quality replicas. I've seen others share similar experiences online. The seller has yet to reply. I strongly recommend avoiding them!
