(Edited to reflect the final outcome. See updates below.). TL;DR All was solved to satisfaction.Ordered over 17 days ago. The shop claims 5-7 business days for delivery to Europe. All I got was a broken tracking link with a page that is only Chinese until I figured out by trial & error what button changed the language. Then, the tracking page only told me it's an unknown carrier. Now, instead of a proper status update I get this mail asking me to evaluate the experience. I saved around 20 € compared to Amazon, but had I ordered from there I would at least very likely already have the product and useful communication about my order.Update: I had written to the company at the same time as filing this review and they got back to me yesterday that my package will arrive by plane from China next week since the Europe shipping center was out of stock. However, shortly after that I finally got a tracking mail from the shipping company that contradicted that statement, since it indicated that it had been shipped weeks ago. Later on the same day, I also received the package itself. Make of the dubious communication what you will - I did get my product in the end, albeit 9 days later than the maximum indicated delivery time.Update #2:The vendor contacted me with an apology and offered to refund a part of the product price, which I think was a good compensation. Updated the rating.
