The goods delivered are different from those sold in the pictures. The Kaliqo™ Solar Lantern Outdoor Lights ordered are approx. 25x25x35cm in the picture compared to the person holding them. What I received was not even half that size, approx. 10x10x20cm, and with milky glass instead of clear glass. When I asked about it, they just replied with the dimensions of what they had sent and did not address the discrepancy between the picture and the actual product. If you then want to return the item, customer service makes it as difficult as possible for the customer at every turn. All the communicated benefits of buyer protection are useless if you treat customers like this and reply that they can send the item back from Germany to the US at their own expense. They would then process the return after receipt and according to their own guidelines. I can already imagine where that will lead. In the end, I'll be arguing about a refund for improper return shipping, and before that, I'll be chasing the shipment tracking until the goods have traveled halfway around the world again, hoping that they will arrive.
