I ordered two outdoor solar lamps on 14th September 2025. Tracking never updated and showed the items as still sitting in China three weeks later on 7th October. When I contacted the company, they said there had been an 'unexpected delay' and I would receive them shortly. However, tracking still hadn't updated ten days later so I contacted them again on 16th and was told I would get a refund as the items had never been dispatched. It's now 31st October - I'm still waiting for my money back (over £50) and have now had to raise a dispute with Visa which I may not win. I feel as though I've been scammed.
