I ordered the solar lamp bundle near the end of August. I received a confirmation with a link to track the package, except the link was broken. I'm mid-september I inquired about the status of my shipment and was told I'd receive it in the coming days. Again, I received a confirmation with a broken track package link. After a few days I requested my money back and was told that once shipped the company couldn't refund payment until the product was delivered. For the past 6 weeks I've tried communicating with Kaliqo and received the regular status: the product was shipped and they're tracking the package, but there's never an update or solution. I will never buy from this company again and will let others know my experience. The long and short of it: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
