1 Star is to good. I purchased 2 lamps in 2025 they both were not as described and in fact failed within 1 month of operation. Then had a string of emails (I think Ai generated) that sounded reassuring and promised replacement if I paid towards shipping. This I agreed to but nothing. Have just sent another email will wait to see if it gets opened. As others have spotted the website is down which leads me to believe they have scammed as many as they can and are now planning there next product to scam more people and we have no recourse to stop it. I am usually very cautious but on this occasion my guard dropped and I have been well and truly caught. Paul
