I come from being always a healthy and sporty young kid, but was always skinny.The last few years I did some at home bodyweight trainings but nothing really stuck for a long period (mostly a couple of months), and besides that, I hated the gym (but mostly because I didn't know how the machines worked and I had a big ego).After starting with Ruben, the same continued for the first months as I was always too busy to go to the gym and always found excuses.Nonetheless, Ruben kept messaging me, motivating me, and believing in me, and after some months I started to go more the gym more, understand more about the machines, build muscle, and become more confident overall. I also came to the understanding that trying different gyms is key to finding the one that works for you (something I would have never found out on my own).Besides that, I started to gain some weight (which was kind of a miracle for me) as I began to understand more about the food I was eating, what worked for me, and so on.After 6 months, I gained almost 5kg and go now at least 2 times and most of the time 3 times a week to the gym and recently started running too.Most of the people measure growth with pushing more weights, gaining or losing weight, but sometimes (as the case with me) it was about breaking a longtime barrier of fear and procrastination.So I am very happy with my results and the coaching of Ruben, as I would have never done it myself and that's okay. We need guidance and a mentor to go to the next level.
