Title: Extremely Poor Service – No Support, No RefundsI am very disappointed with my experience with this airline. They do not assist passengers properly, especially during urgent situations. When there is a problem with a connecting flight, the airline refuses to help, does not revalidate tickets on time, and leaves passengers stranded at the airport.They also have a very poor refund process—in many cases, they simply do not refund at all or delay it for months without clear communication. Customer service responses are slow, unhelpful, and do not solve the actual issue.I strongly advise passengers to be cautious when booking with this airline. My experience has been stressful, expensive, and completely unnecessary.
