I’m extremely disappointed with Kam Air. I bought two tickets with insurance, submitted my refund form on September 24, and even sent proof — yet they keep saying I didn’t complete it. No proper response from their help desk or customer service.This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Kam Air should take responsibility and refund my money immediately. I’m not done until I get my refund.
