I'm writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your airline. I strongly advise others to stay away from this airline due to the unacceptable level of service and unprofessional behavior displayed.Our scheduled flight from Kandahar to Dubai was canceled without any valid reason or prior notice. To make matters worse, we were told we must now travel from Kabul to Dubai, incurring additional charges, a completely unreasonable demand considering the circumstances.I attempted to resolve this issue through your office in Kandahar, but the staff were disrespectful, unhelpful, and dismissive. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also lacking the basic courtesy expected in customer service.Such treatment of passengers is completely unacceptable. If this is how your airline conducts business, I sincerely doubt its long-term success. I hope this complaint prompts serious reflection and corrective action from your management team.
