Update- I have the emails as well- I asked about my order Monday, got a response on Wednesday..2 days for a reply. Why you what to argue with me on a review I don’t understand. I STILL HAVE NOT received my item as of 2/26!!! Really long shipping, I didn’t realize it was coming from overseas, nor is that mentioned anywhere on their website 🙄 customer service took 2 days to respond to my email- but I still don’t have my item.
