After receiving my contents, which did seem to take a while, they did not fit correctly. I needed to exchange for a larger size. Just one email to the service department and Blair immediately helped me out. All I needed was an exchange and the process was quick, simple and straightforward. I was able to keep my existing order, pay shipping for the new ones, and now I can play around with mixed sizes. Very happy!! Blair was extremely helpful and very responsive.
