Ordered £180 worth of bikini’s in my normal size, which did not fit, and was later than expected for delivery. On website it shows “easy returns”. When asking for returns address their reply was- “Since our return address is in the United States, the return fee is very high. In addition, there is a high probability that there will be problems with customs clearance and this part of the cost will have to be borne by you.” — posting the items off today and concerned at how much this return will cost me in the end. NOT EASY RETURNS, 0/10, DO NOT PURCHASE IN THE UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
