First time I used this company I ordered 3 new bikinis. As I ordered three items I was given a free item PLUS a mystery item which was a wonderful surprise. Unfortunately the tops were a little too small so I asked for an exchange for a larger size. The customer service representative Yoyo came back to me really quickly and offered a replacement. Unfortunately one of the tops would not have got to me in time for my holiday so Yoyo offered me a whole new bikini set for free instead. All the replacement items arrived really quickly and I am now ready to pack for my holiday and looking forward to wearing my new bikinis which, by the way, are great quality and look fab. X
